As the founder of my software company,
Timeslips Corp, I built three distinct sales teams:

  1. A customer service team trained in upselling customers after we solved a problem for them, which was very successful. The upsell process was always designed to help first, sell second.

  2. An “inside” sales force, taking phone calls from our advertising and TV campaigns. This team was highly trained to assess what our prospect needed, and then select the products or services that best suit their needs.

  3. A corporate sales team, working with larger organizations to sell our multi-user system and close sales in the $10K to $50K range.

The result? I quickly scaled my company from start-up to an 8-figure exit.

  • When I became financially independent at the age of 40, people started knocking on my door asking how I did.

    So I moved on to build the sales teams for Business Breakthroughs International, where I was the President and CEO. I was initially responsible for recruiting ALL of our sales staff, which I did by enhancing Chet Holmes’ famous “Sales Superstar” strategy. I built the automation, the scripts, the interview process and the final screening system to ensure we only hired true sales superstars.

We tripled the sales force within 6 weeks and doubled sales within 90-days. In my 5 years with Tony & Chet, we took the company from $3M to almost $30M.

Since then I’ve helped dozens of companies debug their sales process, design selling systems and create tools and programs to help them train, screen and hire.

After 40 years selling, hiring, building and running sales divisions, I’m ready for my next challenge.
