“You’re a superstar Mitch!
Extraordinary job, extremely well done! You demonstrated the power of really listening to the customer without judgment & they often solve their own problem, YOU own it.
It would be great if you would consider training others on the team with your skill! It’s a privilege to have you as a partner!”
Hi, my name is Barry Gosin, and I’m the founder of a company called MergerNation and Acquisitions.com. I’d like to say a few words about my coach, Mitch Russo. I met Mitch after I had sold one of my businesses and had really struggled for months. I’ve built and sold a lot of businesses in my career and always kind of just moved on to the next opportunity and built a business and sold it. But after having done that a number of times, this most recent time, had a bunch of opportunities in front of me, and nothing felt quite right. I just couldn’t quite figure out which direction to go.
I was fortunate enough and blessed to have come in contact with Mitch. Over a period of a relatively short period of time, Mitch helped me get clarity on how I could best serve others and utilize the unique skills that I have. We all have some unique skills. In some cases, we have multiple skills. But there’s probably one thing that is really your gift. Mitch helped me discover that.
For me, I love helping entrepreneurs buy, build, and sell businesses. There are a number of other things that I could have done, but he got me focused on that. If it weren’t for Mitch, Merger Nation might not exist. Or it might have taken a lot longer for it to come into existence as I tried to figure out exactly what it was, and how best I could serve, and impact the most number of people, and realize my own personal goals, and satisfaction through doing that.
The great thing about Mitch is that he’s got such a breadth of experience himself from having been in the shoes of an entrepreneur. There’s no substitute for that, having founded, and built, and gone through the struggles and sold his own business. As an entrepreneur and a business owner, I could relate to that. His experience as CEO for Chet Holmes and Tony Robbins’ Business Breakthroughs exposed him to another whole set of skills. He has helped me develop and hone my business model. He’s helped me with keeping my mindset focused and oriented in the right direction.
I’m not somebody who’s ever used a coach in the past. I built these businesses over a couple of decades without really seeking outside input. While it’s worked for me, it’s had its limitations. With where I am right now, I want to impact just a tremendous number of people, as many people as I can, and scale something much larger than I ever have before. Mitch’s background, and experience, and wisdom, in terms of business building, and scaling, and hiring remote workforces, and building the right kind of a team is just invaluable for what I’m trying to do and, really, I would think, for what any serious entrepreneur is trying to do.
I value the experience tremendously and the friendship, now, that I’ve built with Mitch, as well. I look forward to continuing to work with him in the future as Merger Nation scales into everything that it can be. If you have the opportunity to work with Mitch, I highly, highly recommend it. If anyone would like to talk to me in more detail, I’d be more than happy to take a phone call and share more. But can’t say enough about Mitch…
My name is Eric Lochtefeld and I’ve been an entrepreneur for my entire adult life. I’ve started about 15 companies, I’ve acceded a third of them, I’ve got about five still going, and I got a couple I wish I never started. When I was deciding to start my 15th company, I reached out to Mitch Russo and I asked him if he would be willing to be a consultant to help me brainstorm this next venture and I am so glad I did.
Mitch is an unbelievable listener more than anybody I’ve ever met in that category, and his ability to listen and then provide strategic advice is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I was so amazed by his ability to capture complex problems and provide solutions that I could then implement into my business. I just think the world of Mitch Russo, if you’re an entrepreneur and you want to grow your business, you want to start a business, or you just need somebody to hear you out and provide a different perspective.
He’s your guy, he’s been a CEO to Tony Robbins to other great motivational coaches, mastermind’s come to him and ask for advice entrepreneurs from all over the world. His time is very well-spent and so I found that spending an hour with him six, seven times I was able to completely develop my business by the end of our coaching sessions, and I left with a very clear vision of what I want to do. On top of that, he’s just a great guy, he’s someone you’d want to spend time with and I really enjoyed my time being consulted by him. I would highly recommend Mitch, I’ve just never met a consultant that was on his game in the way that Mitch is. So I do encourage you to work with him.
Dr. Saida Desilets
This year, I had the privilege of connecting with the incredible Dr. Saida Desilets who has an incredible gift to share with the women of Earth and I knew how the world was ready to hear her story. So we agreed to work together on a “change the world” project that is now unfolding. I am so thrilled and proud to call Saida my friend and client.
Last year, I received a call from a friend, Nick Psaila, who I met at a mastermind who had already been through several other coaches to help him recover his success and scale his company. I worked with Nick closely for several months, we mapped out his entire company and discovered several new revenue streams and new ways to sell. Listen below to what were the results from our time together.
After completing a total immersion Certification program for Josh Turner’s company, he was kind enough to record this. He explains the power of creating an army of unpaid salespeople who generate income every year for the privilege of selling & supporting your products.

“I want to give Mitch my huge thanks for getting me to the next level in my coaching business. With his help, he gave me the tools to go from just playing at being a coach to having the tools and strategies for a REAL and profitable coaching business that I’m proud of. In just a few short months he taught me how to be a standout exhibitor at a national convention, redesign my website and marketing to attract my “right” buyer and put business practices in place that will help me achieve my financial goals. Thank you, Mitch, you are indeed the REAL DEAL! Don’t hesitate to hire Mitch, he WILL deliver.”
Tresa Leftenant, Coach, Author and Reinvention Specialist
“We were attracted to Mitch Russo as a coach because of his phenomenal track record of success with the very things we were trying to do. That was the most important criteria to me—that he had already been where we wanted to go, rather than just knowing the theory or making educated guesses. Most coaches simply haven’t accomplished what Mitch has accomplished. He has not just deep experience, but great outcomes to draw from.
Our experience working with him was even better than I expected. I can’t imagine how any coach could be more effective than Mitch was at guiding us to the next level. We are inspired, motivated and very clear on what to do next. Everything was broken down and simplified. Besides just laying out specific tasks, Mitch did a substantial amount of work for us, saving us countless hours and expense. We received tremendous value for our investment.
He answered questions we didn’t even know we had, but that clearly will save us a lot of time and energy we would have wasted trying to find our own way. He lifted up our vision to what was possible while also putting a firm foundation under that vision. If you have the chance to work with Mitch, grab it. You’ll be glad you did.

I am already looking forward to my next call with him.”

“It’s hard to imagine a CEO who couldn’t benefit from Mitch Russo’s broad experience and penetrating insight. Even when I was certain I had the optimal plan, and all my bases covered, Mitch would invariably uncover yet another angle or approach. Moreover, at times he has identified flaws in my most basic assumptions which compelled me to rethink an entire project. And thank goodness for that! With his help and guidance, I have become a much more effective and confident CEO. I can honestly say that I value Mitch Russo’s advice more highly than anyone else I know. To say his coaching is invaluable would be an understatement. For me, it’s utterly indispensable.”

The following are comments on an impromptu session I had with a two new company founders as a favor to a friend:
“I hope Stuart and Janet were effusive in their thanks. What a Performance. You were direct, diplomatic and comprehensive in your analysis and suggestions. You’re an impressive and generous man, Mitch. That was one of the best off-the-cuff consultations I’ve ever seen. Thanks again.” –
