The Throughline
Authority is built when the work can travel.
Mitch Russo builds systems for expert-led growth.
He founded Timeslips Corp, created one of the largest certified consultant networks in the software industry, and sold the company to Sage Plc. That experience shaped the work he does today: helping proven experts turn what they know into models that can be taught, delivered, certified, licensed, and scaled.
Mitch works best with coaching organizations, consultants, and expert-led companies that already have a valuable method but need a stronger structure around delivery, coach performance, client accountability, and growth. For fifteen years, he has also been developing a body of fiction alongside this work, both driven by the same question: how do you get what you know to the people it was built for, without losing what made it true?
After Timeslips, Mitch advised CEOs across sales, marketing, operations, technology, systems, and team design. The pattern was clear: growth stalls when the founder remains the process, the quality control department, and the source of every important decision.
Proven At Scale
From field data to operating systems.
Mitch was brought into the Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes Business Breakthroughs venture during a critical growth stage. He started by selling from the same call-in leads as the rest of the team, then used the field data to improve the way the business operated.
He systematized the process with stronger policies, procedures, sales operations, and software-supported workflows. Later, as CEO, Mitch helped drive the company from roughly $3M to more than $25M in four years, including a large virtual team.

Frameworks for methods that can move beyond the founder.
Mitch has written on certification, licensing, virtual companies, coaching performance, and business leverage. The ideas connect back to one practical question: what structure lets valuable work reach more people without losing its substance?
